Keep them as far as I am aware they are the stuff for the layered material on the new terrain system

You can as well go through them and rename them to some meaningfull name. Like grass layer, dirt layer etc.
0.0000 junk can be harmlessly removed.

Actually you may want to report it as a bug, I think producing names that long and with at sort of weird naming isnt something intended to happen? Certainly if those file names got any larger it could cause problems potentially!
