I have just about tried everything I can think of to solve this issue so any advice is appreciated.
This is a Mixamo rig that has been converted to a control rig so I can make my own animations to go along with Mixamo walk and run animations.
I’m trying to export an animation from blender into unity.
Here is what it looks like in blender

and Here is what it looks like in Unity

you can see a slight jitter and movement from a bone that is suppose to be stationary.
This does not seem like a big issue but when the animations get more complex the hands look like they are having little seizures throughout the entire animation.
Things I have tried
-
Blender Simplicity export option setting it to 0. This helps but does not resolve the issue.
-
Unity I have also turned off animation compression.
-
I have tried baking my animation from the deform bones in blender. still did not work.
-
I have also tried setting my avatar in unity to humanoid
Here are my blender export settings
Also I do not see anything wrong with the rig hierarchy.
It may have something to do with Mixamo rig hierarchy but im unsure. I have also used Rigify in the past and I had the same issue. Would anyone know if making my own rig suited for unity resolve these issues?
