Hi. Don’t know where to post this but I have been locked out of the asset store due to Unity requiring 2FA. Which is something I have NEVER set up with Unity. I can’t use it as Authy doesn’t work on my device.
These are separate issues @makaka-org . The issue referenced in the post you quoted with codes not being sent was from an earlier issue which was resolved.
@TiggyFairy our authentication team confirmed that 2FA was enabled on your account at some point. The support team can help you regain access to your account. They can remove 2FA.
