Cannot run Unity 4 (Error loading page)

Every time I run Unity 4 I see this error message after a few seconds. Clicking OK closes Unity.

Error loading page
Couldn’t connect to server

(Windows 7 64 bit. Anti-virus disabled. Had to problem running Unity 3)

You’re having the exact some problem I’m having.

It seems they’re having problems with their server certificates…again.

They’ll probably fix it tomorrow.

What if you disconnect from the internet before launching Unity? Manual activation flow should be available then.

I remove install 3 times.

I have the same problem too.But when I google it , I found a web that provides a repaire solution just called Fix Unity Error Loading Page and so on . By the way, my os is Win 8.1 which confused me so long .
