I recently set up Unity Cloud Build for our mobile game project.
The problem is that one employee can’t download iOS builds from Unity Cloud Build. It goes exactly like in this thread: the site says “We need to detect your UDID before you can install apps”, and nothing happens after he taps OK.
Another employee can download iOS builds just fine.
If I recall correctly, the page got stuck after tapping OK. After his patience ran out and he returned to the previous page, then he got “Retry” and “Home” buttons. Pressing Retry just repeated the same process.
It was happening via a share link.
He was able to install the build in the end, though. Yesterday he tried to do it from within the Gmail app. When he opened the share link in Safari instead, UDID detection worked.
Now he can install builds from within the Gmail app, too. (Maybe the site stores the UDID in a cookie or something?)
