I am leaning unity and got the camera outline working. but for some reason the outline is fixed to the center of my screen and is not behaving like it should. the only options i have found to fix this is to turn off the outline all together but that makes it harder to adjust the camera right.
I had a second image but i am a new user so i can only use one image.
