Crazy graphics problems involving RenderForwardOpaque. PLEASE HELP!!!

I am having a weird issue with RenderForwardOpaque.Render.
I have searched and searched and only found more people with the same or similar questions, but no answers.

As you can see in the profiler RenderForwardOpaque.Render is taking an absurd amount of memory usage:

The crazy maybe not so crazy part is that when I run it on my laptop it performs as it should:

Both scenarios are exactly the same project, and both using Unity 5.3.1.p4.

(edit: 5.3.2.p1)

Also my laptop has worse specs then my desktop.

Could this be a graphics issue with my desktop?

Desktop Specs:

  • AMD FX™-8120 Eight-Core Processor 3.1 GHz

  • 32 GB Ram

  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 GPU

Laptop Specs:

  • Intel i7-4700MQ Processor 2.4GHz

  • 8 GB Ram

  • Intel HD 4600 integrated GPU && NVIDIA GeForce 840M GPU

Any help or ideas on something that could lead towards help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I updated to 5.3.2p1 and it still has yet to make a difference.

If I build the game on my laptop and run it on my desktop, the built game runs fine. It is a huge hassle to do it though.
