Debug.Log messages do not show up in Xcode on iPad 4 and iPad Mini?

Debug.Log messages do not show up for me in Xcode->Organizer->Console on the iPad 4 or iPad Mini but messages using the same build will show up there on the iPad 3 and other devices I have tested. Is there any fix for this?

Since iOS 6.0 stdout is not mirrored to device log anymore.
We are working on the workaround.

Is there any update to this or does anyone have a reliable workaround?

Unity 4.1.1 (and later) already includes the fix.
