I did not know where to write this, so sorry if this is the wrong section.
I subscribed Unity plus before May 31, 2017, because of the great deal, i.e. assets for free. I could download the Accelerator Pack immediately. But for the Essentials Pack I got the message “We will send you a follow up email on how to select and download your free Essentials Pack(s) by June 30, 2017”.
I have never received such an Email yet. It isn`t in my spam folder either. I am very confused and I have only a few weeks left to redeem this voucher.
I have written a reply to Unity and asked them for help with this issue. But I haven’t got any answer either. I am paying my 35 Dollars every month, so I don’t understand. Can anyone help me or at least tell me, where I can get help. Thanks in advance.
Same boat here. Very frustrating as there was a tool in the Essentials Pack I wanted over a month ago, but I held off due to this deal. It’s been over a week now.
well i got an email!..but it doesn’t work because the link to choose the essential is somehow tied up to another email. I get this error.
According to our records you are not eligible for an Essentials Pack. If you know you are eligible for an Essentials Pack you need to log into your Unity ID account with the same email address that you used to purchase the Unity license(s)
Already contacted support. Let hope they help me out.
Bump, still having issues. Is there an official response to this I’ve missed? I’m very dissapointed there wasn’t even an email I received explaining how there’s issues and giving a rough estimate on when it will be resolved. This is now digging me back 10 days on waiting for one of the tools.
update: i just got the email that directs me to the page where i can choose a pack . Now it’s up to two more days until delivery of the vouchers. If that actually happens that’s an acceptable delay, i’d give them a 4 star review
How can I contact unity!
i have an issue with claiming my pack…I create a support ticket and the link from the reply email with the support ticket returns that it doesn’t exist or it has been moved error page. I am getting frustrated
I’m another one on the pile, In fact, to add to the mess it wouldn’t recognize my login information for the support section of the website. Even though at the same time I logged into the asset store with the same information and my Unity editor. I reset my password and It still won’t let me into the support section.
Got email about “Choose Your Pack”, went and chose my pack and it said please give it two business days to send the redeem keys. It has now taken over week, and no sign of the keys. This is getting rather annoying.
I am waiting too… but unlike everyone else, I did not receive any message upon subscribing that I would receive a subsequent email/vouchers for the essentials pack. No indication/information whatsoever about the essentials pack. I created a trouble ticket explaining the issue, but now I cannot log in to the support site to check the status - it just tells me my email/password is incorrect. If I attempt to change/create a password, I get an error indicating there is already an account with that email. It also appears that support does not monitor these forums very closely.
