[freelance] Marching cubes cloud system

I am looking for someone to build a GPU compute shader based marching cubes system (if wanted based on open source projects).

It should take height data (from terrain) and make it fuzzy like a cartoon cloud, when a player walks over it it should wave a bit, and when pressing a button it should leave a trail behind the player.
