From the team: FYI-New rollout requires re-authentication and info on special characters

Hi @Muse-Chat-closed-beta-users, we have recently introduced a new change to production, this requires you to sign out and in again to re-authenticate. If not you will see a message saying that you are not part of the beta. Do let us know if you have questions or face issues here.
If you used a different email to sign up for the AI beta than your UnityID, we kindly ask you to change the primary email to match the AI beta signup. Thank you for your understanding! :slight_smile:

On another note, we would like to let you know that we are aware of the encoding issue for special characters when generating code. Until we roll out a fix addressing this issue, you can use a workaround to copy the entire message instead of the code snippets. This will include the special characters so you can plug and play the code!

Hi, thank you. I re-authenticated but am still receiving the Join closed beta reply when submitting a prompt. My email address is the same for Muse as is for Unity. Thanks

So I finally was able to ask a question and not see Closed Beta. But I got internal server error now. Hopefully that will be fixed soon?

I have tried signing out and back in 3x, still can’t ask a question.

I’m also unable to use it. I use to be able to use Muse but now it says that I’m on the waitlist.

Regarding internal server error, this may be because of us hitting a rate limit - give it some time and try gain later. We appreciate your patience!

If the message stops streaming mid-sentence, this is also likely due to a rate limit - simply ask it to continue the answer and it should work, otherwise wait a bit and return later.

Regarding being “put back” on the waitlist or not getting access again after reauthentication, we are looking into this but as it’s late in the workday in Europe we will most likely be able to properly triage this at the beginning of next week, just to manage your expectations. Apologies for the delay and deployment right before the weekend.

We appreciate your eagerness to use Muse Chat and hope you will continue to engage, share feedback, and report issues whenever they might pop up!

Signed in without any issues. Muse seems to be as responsive as always right now :slight_smile:

Same issue here. Tried re-authenticating, clearing cookies and site-data etc. Anyways, thanks and have a great weekend. Hoping to give this a shot again next week!

I had the problem using Muse, signing in and it said I had to sign up first

A problem though, the email i used to sign up for the beta already has a unity account associated with it. I made the mistake of clicking on the email invite link and instead of signing in i created a new account on the spot. So now i cannot switch the email to the one i signed up with because it says the email is already being used.

Same here, tried relogging, clearing cache, login with password, login with google, same reply: “Join the closed beta…”

Same here. Nothing I’ve done including signing out and back in has allowed me to use it again.

Whenever I get the beta message. I just tell the bot that I am in the beta and it apologizes and gives me a response and will work until I refresh the page. Maybe you all can try that?

it works for me every other time, 1 time out of 10 I can log in successfully, the rest of the time I get this message
