I’ve had some moderate success getting readers on Twitter by using hashtags such as #indiegamelover (which seems to trigger automated retweeting by @IndieGameLover), but I usually only get a few hundred views per tweet. Does anyone know of more successful hashtags (or other methods, such as addressing it to an account such as @PCGamer, or submitting stuff to a website)?

I think I’ve tried at least some of those, but the people who follow those hashtags are mostly other devs, not players who might actually buy the game. I found the following website which gives stats for different hashtags, but when I tried the most popular one I only had a few dozen views (of course, that may be partly due to the fact that I didn’t post during prime time). https://ritetag.com/best-hashtags-for/indiegames
