How to do Vertex Snapping?

Hi everyone,

I would like to use the vertex snapping tool of U3, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to work. I press ‘V’ as the video blog “Vertex snapping and Marquee” says, but nothing happens.

So: How do I use this feature?
