How to use MSAA and SMAA antialias? (why it works so bad)

Could someone explain why combining camera and URP antialias works so bad and how it should be used?

I checked all configurations and when camera has SMAA enabled, setting MSAA x2 makes render more pixaleted. Setting sampling to x8 fixes the problem, but I am not sure I can see any difference and if so, it is still worse than SMAA only.

What is the point of MSAA in URP settings if it makes rendered image look worse?
Should I use MSAA combined with other antialias settings from camera?
How to get a nice, smoothed image?
