I have no access to report IN-142305 on the Atlassian portal. Usually we have access to this portal right after receiving a confirmation email about the report filed from within Unity Editor. However, this was the first time I filed a report from Unity Hub, does it work differently or is it a bug?
This is a bit confusing. I recall the links in the email sent immediately after the report just do not link to a publicly accessible location, not even for the reporter.
I think the process is something along the lines of the issue not being publicly accessible until after it has been reviewed.
So either it makes its way into the system with an actual working link (for anyone I believe, but at least one for you), or it gets dismissed or marked duplicate. In both cases you get an email, and if any this will contain the working public link (may actually be the same link as in the first email).
