InfiniSNOW - Global Snow and Rain is a new asset that can enable snow and rain effects to selected by layer scene objects as an image effect, for direct application on any scene without require any material changes.
The new asset will also be included in Sky Master ULTIMATE 2021 (currently at -50% discount) and users of the sky system can access it earlier before the standalone store release. The Beta for Sky Master ULTIMATE 2021 users will arrive soon.
The planned pipelines are SRP and URP, a HDRP version may also be considered.
The system will also contain a bonus outline system and more effects are also planned to be integrated depending on reception and reviews.

This is a first conversion of the base modules, so many more enhancements will be added towards the complete Unity 2023.3 support.
Also for Environment Building Bundle users, a new unified shader is in the works that will combine most or all of the effects in a single stack, so can be much easier to setup and more optimized as many duplicate steps like Temporal AA can be used only once!
The scene side controllers will remain the same, for direct port of the system to older scenes and will resolve the effect stack based on what effects are activated in the scene.
