Install Unity Hub 3.0 on distros other than Ubuntu and CentOS

Unity hub 3.0 is only available through Ubuntu and CentOS package managers, and the appimage is gone. I’m running something else, and I’m not going to switch to Ubuntu or CentOS for it. Is it possible to run the new hub on other distros, or should I just stick to the old appimage?

Well, I already have the appimage, it’s what I was using before, I was talking about the new beta which the appimage isn’t updated to, and probably won’t ever be updated either.
I found out that if you download the RPM package (Index of hub-rpm-prod-local/unity/stable/unityhub_x86_64) and extract it then you can run the binary file. It’s not really optimal though
