I have a lot of Error’s in my Scene, i am a Beginner on Development and i don’t now what is to do…

I tried to make a Steam VR Rig for Oculus with the SteamVR Plug-in Rig

I can help you with 2 of your problems:
Add the [SteamVR] prefab to a Do not destroy object in your scene. Perhaps to VR_Rig (see image).
In your Project Settings/Player/XR Settings add move OpenVR to the top of the list (see image).
