Make the map on blender or unity?

Hi, I am working on a horror puzzle game, but I wanted to know if it is better to make the map in blender or in unity

for more context, the map is an office

i’d make those assets separate models (like chair, room, table…),
then you can easily create prefabs out of them inside unity,
which you can then drag and drop, duplicate, rotate, scale - around the scene to build different levels from same assets.

Yeah. It is better to use blender to do that.
