Make UI Builder shortcuts configurable in the shortcuts manager

Panning the viewport in the UI Builder window is primarily done with the MMB, but since the MMB is broken in my mouse and is always the first button to break, It would be nice to be able to configure the shortcuts manually in the Shortcuts Manager.

Hello! I don’t think there’s plans to add this shortcut in the shortcuts manager, but there’s an alternative. You can also pan in the UI Builder using Control + Alt + LeftMouseButton.
