I am using the Polygon_Guy model from this link:

I added three screenshots.
Model 1 and Model 2 on how my model is standing (looks funky)
Model 3 is a screenshot of my avatar. I am using the avatar that came with the Mixamo download.
How can I fix my avatar to a proper T-Pose?
