Multi slice a sprite at runtime

Hey guys!

I’ve some doubt about what may be the best way to multi slice a sprite in Unity at runtime. What I want to get is, with a given sprite, slice it randomly in many smaller and irregular pieces at runtime. Imagine a 2d version of Fruit Ninja where you can slice many times a fruit. Any idea about it? Obviously, what I’m trying to avoid is having a “pre sliced” version of the texture :smile:

My MakeGeo package has an arbitrary 2D geometry maker… perhaps you can start from that and do something? It wouldn’t be a sprite but actually be a 2D piece of geometry.
