Native Crash - <system symbols missing> (Unknown File) and Zwait crashs

Hi, more and more, from 2017 to 2018.3, more and more of my users are getting crashes like these below.

I’ve been reading the Performance Reporting Missing Symbols documentation, but I didn’t felt it helped me in any way to understand or fix that kind of issue.
