no "Visual Effects Graph" toggle anymore in scene view after update to 2023

Hello,
where is the “Visual Effects Graph” toggle gone in the scene view in 2023.x?

Example:
I checked out the Unity VFX demo repo

Here before and after Unity update from 2022.3.8f1 to 2023.1.20f1
The toggle is gone and there is no way to de/activate explicit VFX globally in scene view.

info: i made a bug report and got the answer, that it’s already a known bug and will be resolved soon.
