One of my Team Members can't see the projects in my Organization

I have a small team in my Organization - myself and 1 other person that I have assigned a seat to. The problem I’m having is that my other team member cannot see any of the projects in my Organization.

I have Unity Teams Advanced subscription with 3 seats. My Team Member has been given Manager rights to the Organization:

When I go to dashboard.unity3d.com and go to Projects > Project Members, I see inconsistent results with regard to the Unity Teams access field. Sometimes it says “yes” for my team member, other times it’s blank.

I’m not sure if its relevant, but this project is set up in PlasticSCM. I have them added as an Administrator to my Organization in PlasticSCM.

Any help you can provide with this is greatly appreciated!

Is the game registered under the organization?

I can see the games listed in the “Project in My Organization” screen. I’m guessing that means the games is registered under the organization?

This started magically working the other night. I have no idea if I changed something, or if something changed on the back end.
