Pointing arrow animation

I would like to know if there certain animation assets are available for Unity. I would need “Arrow pointing animation” for my Unity flying camera animation/game. I would like to point certain things in the landscape/model, and moving (up and down) arrow with text would be good for this purpose, see picture. It would be essential to control size/visibility/location/text of this kind of animation. I didn’t find this kind of animations in Asset Store. Could you please let me know if these available somewhere?

This animation / asset can be done by any non-modeler developer. It takes 10 minutes to make model by total newbie and animation can be done dirrectly in Unity.

Does anybody know if these kind of animations are covered in some Unity 3D tutorials?
