The camo might be a little too busy for the character style. It looks good, but I think it’d look better - match the character style better - with a larger more curvy pattern.
All of the shooting cycles look weird. The character is holding the weapon in the center of his body/face, with his fingers ‘kinda’ grasping the gun, and his other hand is near the gun in a weird two finger pointing pose. Those really need to be tweaked to look better. Maybe a gun with a stock would be more fitting - for him trying to aim down the iron sights.

Really like the model though - clean mesh flow and style is appealing.
