Sun Shafts are Inverted with Single Pass Stereo 5.4.2p4 with OpenVR (Vive)

I’ve updated the image effects as per other previous issues people had with Image Effects and SPS.

On Vive the Sunshafts seem to be inverted. The Left Eye sees the shafts aiming at the Right Eye and vice versa.
