My colleague delete the change set where I lies and the plastic error occurs . I cant even undo my pending changes, cant even check in my pending changes nor can update the incoming changes. Plastic says “The revision to reload was not found”. How can I recover my project ?

Unfortunately, this is a known problem when deleting the changeset to which an existing workspace is pointing. My suggestion to resolve this would be to create a new workspace that is pointing to an existing changeset and then copy the files from your current workspace into the new one to recover your pending changes.
