transparent material.. weird on my model

Good morning guys,

I have a problem when I attach a very basic transparent-diffuse material as I need to control the alpha. The two images shows when my model has a transparent-material(top) attached and when the material it’s just diffuse (bottom).
I modeled the skin directing all the normals for each face outside. So, I wonder why when I attached a transparent material some triangles just disappear (see top image around the eyes).

Make sure the Alpha channel on your texture is flat and if you use “Flip Normals Outside” function in your modelling software, double check that all your normals are pointing the right way, automatics are not always correct.
