Unable to open project (Unity Hub 3.3.0 is broken)

Hi!

When I open a project, the editor splash screen shows then it closes (crashes) and Unity Hub restarts. Thats all, no error nothing.

I’ve checked the license and it shows correct. Have tried:

1- Restarting machine (Windows)
2- Clean uninstall and reinstall of Unity Hub

Any help. Any way to load the project without Unity Hub? Cant work when you cant even load the project.

check editor.log for possible errors,
