Unable to see unity analytics data in dashboard

Hello,
I am constantly facing this issue where I am not able to see analytics data and the screenshot is attached below. I had faced this issue before and the support team had fixed it from their side. This time support is taking time to get back. Is there any other way to resolve this issue?

Just for info, Analytics is turned on in the editor, even though in the dashboard it says it’s not on.

@ShreeS What was your support ticket number, I’m not seeing it. Please try with Unity 2020.1.15f1 or above and either generate a new project link or create a new project.
