Unity editor 2021.3 LTS UI preview buttons are blank (resetting layout wont fix it)

So I installed unity editor 2021.3 LTS and the preview buttons are just blank i tried reinstalling it resetting layout.

If u know how to fix this problem please help.

Well … if I had such an issue I would check if updating the video driver helps. Or too many open apps ie not enough memory.
