Unity 5.2 was released in 8 September, 2015.
If you see the date in my computer screenshot above, it shows 10 September 2015.
But the Unity editor never give update notification at all.
I wonder if this is just me or is there anyone else with the same problem?
It’s completely normal. When we ship a new 5.x version, we let it settle a week or so before we update the Update Check.
I see, if that’s the case then I’ll abide with it.
Just afraid if no notification will come out because it’s not that we check Unity website everyday.
Notifications do come out… just not the day the release comes out. If 3 million people all got told there was a new version, then they’d all be annoyed that it took ages to download.
