Unity Help Please

Hi Guys

Can someone please help, point me in direction how to resolve please.
I load new project, it loads but stays on the main screen see below but when you scroll over the icon in task bar its open but i cannot get into. (i click on it and just minimizes project screen and i click again and same thing)

I’ve uninstalled 3x i have updated drivers but and running below versions, but they all have the same problem

it may does for me also when i use other apps while edioter is opening , then i kill the edioter process and open 2nd time without using any other apps unitl it opens , i think u even try this
