Unity Hub uses around 30% CPU while idle in the background

When Unity Hub is running in the background (even when no downloads or updates are in progress), it consistently uses around 30% of the CPU. This happens even after several minutes of inactivity.

CPU: Intel i5-12400f

Could you file a bug report so our QA engineers can investigate. This is not normal behaviour for the Hub.
