Unity Hub will not let me sign in

I was working on a new project and tried to open an asset from the asset store but Unity said I wasn’t signed in. I was signed in on the Unity Asset Store and the Unity Hub but it just wouldn’t let me open the asset in the Editor. So I try logging out and in again and now, instead of my account picture and name, I just see the unity logo in its place. It has the option to sign out and manage account. When click manage account it goes to the Unity website and shows my account just fine. When I right click Unity Hub in my taskbar it gives me the option to sign in, as if I was already signed out. Ive tried reinstalling Unity Hub, restarting my computer, and clearing the cache folder but still nothing. Its been hours and I’m at my wits end. Please help

Its a unity side issue. You’ll need them to renew thier Axion web ssl cert
