Unity upgraded my project to Plastic SCM without asking. My version of Unity doesn't even support Plastic SCM. What do?

Can’t use collab anymore:

I am also confused about this. I pay for cloud storage and now can’t even use it, but can’t seem to use Plastic scm either?
