Hello! I’ve been having problems with my balance not increasing since 2023. Sure, I don’t get a lot of plays but I figured it should have increased at least $0.01 for more than 2 years? Am I missing something or misconfigured something?
I submitted tickets before and they all say I should have at least $100 unpaid balance before I can start acquiring but I don’t think they get my issue 'cause I understand that part and I’m not trying to acquire it.
I’ve been experiencing the same thing. My revenue reporting shows earnings, but my actual balance hasn’t changed in over a year. I still haven’t figured out why.
