[Urgent] Need help contacting Unity about account and billing

Dear community, is there any other way to get in touch with Unity other than the support tickets? If any Unity team members see this post, could you kindly help me connect with you team?

We have been using Unity Pro licenses for our many years; due to the recent policy changes, we’re now required to switch to a Unity Industry license. At the end of our final Unity Pro subscription, we attempted to upgrade the license via the portal. However, the portal didn’t provide an option to proceed with payment, stating that the amount exceeded the credit card limit on Unity’s end. A link was available to contact the Unity team, which I followed, filling in all the required information. I also submitted support tickets requesting to speak with someone from Unity about this issue.

Unfortunately, I haven’t received any responses so far, and our previous license has now expired. Earlier today, we even received an email stating that our Unity accounts are suspended, yet we still haven’t gotten any reply from Unity.

Could anyone help us resolve this urgent issue, or forward our request to the right team / person? Thank you so much!

We had the same error, even though the card had proper limits…

It was solved by switching into “offline licenses” with bank transfer payments,
happened through our unity client partner contact person…
(check emails if you have had anyone emailing you about something…)

ping @Brach_Unity ?

support tickets are often months before response.

Thank you for sharing your experience and also pinging unity team members!

Now that our accounts are suspended, I can’t even log in to update the license or even check the status of my support tickets :frowning:

As you suggested, I will also try to email someone from Unity who we contacted before. Thanks for the advice!

Urrrr, at this point, I just wish they had a fast track to take our money!

Hi, could you share the ticket number(s)? I’ll see if I can get them escalated.
