I paid to upgrade from plus to pro and lost my license.

I’ve been waiting for more than a month for Unity support to respond to my ticket #1811078, I made the payment within the deadline and my license was removed, I also made another ticket which also received no response, is anyone else experiencing the same problem? I need my unity license please help me.

if you used scheduled renew then that doesnt work…
