URP 2D with 2D lights and sprite masks create flickering and artefact on lights

Hi,
I have troubles with setting up this simple scene: the point lights keep flickering, or displaying artefacts. That’s really disturbing, and there is currently not much there yet!

This is a 2D setup, with 2D lights in URP
So there are 3 lights there, + a global light

At first I thought the issue was with the normal maps, but it looks like the flickering stops when I remove the windows.

The windows have masks in them so I can show the exterior through them.
So I can maybe get rid of the masks if necessary and find another solution but maybe there is a setup that would fix my problem…

I have tried to setup a custom range for the masks but it has no effect on the issue.

Maybe I can change the rendering layer mask ? Right now it is setup to the default settings which is Light layer default, but I don’t really know what it does (and can’t find any documentation)

I have not yet found any fix for that. Except changing the way I build my windows and not using sprite masks. Maybe it’s just a bug and I need to wait Unity to fix it?

Did you submit a bug report? Nothing will get fixed without one unless another user reports the exactly same thing with the same root cause being a bug.
