Please take a look at the report, as QA just flagged it as ‘by design’, while it definitely is a regression (take a look at Shadow Receiver URP)

Yes, I am in discussion with QA. We have looked at the issue and also found another reported bug which leads to the same underlying code block. I make sure it gets properly tackled.
