I started Pathways on Unity Learn and I encountered the same issue in two separate tutorials.
I published the two WebGL builds for the two tutorials and I tried to pass it to the “Add a link to your WebGL project” part but it says invalid URL.
I published them to play.unity.com and itch.io. None of them was fine.
Did you experience the same? Any workaround or did I miss something?

I haven’t found any solution yet either. Coming across a similar issue where LEGO Tutorial Island isn’t considered a valid webgl url for the Unity Essential Pathway project submission.
Yes I have the same - not sure if I am doing it right. When I click on your link I can play your game.
Same problem here, tried to upload it both from the editor and as a new post in the play.unity.com website.
Same problem when submitting to the explore a microgame tutorial
Same, hopefully, this gets fixed soon.
Edit: Just so everyone who reads after knows they are currently shutting down Unity Connect, and migrating projects to play.unity.com, it is likely related to this migration.

So I wasn’t alone. I feel better somehow but really hope Unity notice this and fix it soon
It seems unity is aware of the issue and is currently trying to fix it.

Right because in order to provide good information you need to be perfect and never make a mistake? I think a little empathy for others would be an excellent opportunity for your self-development.

I have the same problem, I’ve started out with Unity and after a couple of tutorial I have created this small animation: First Project - Unity Play
But the form does not accept, the address 
The problem is still underway… But i do not believe them to fix it on sundays

If your aim is just go on to the next tutorial then choose one of the games already available and copy it’s URL.
Same issue here. Beside that, I’m enjoying the tutorials and appreciate all the hard work put in to them.
