Vuforia User defined target

I am working on Unity with vuforia for making marker in runtime and it works well on Unity editor and Samsung s7 phone.
But it is not working on Samsung s9 and XiaoMi p9 phone.

this error is occured on android 10 version phones.
Please help me to solve this.
