Where did the "Advanced Settings" and "Scoped Registries" in Package Manager settings go?

Just installed Unity 6000.0.51f1, and when I checked the Package Manager settings window, all I see is Cache Management.

In 6000.0.34f1 there were still the “Advanced Settings” and “Scoped Registries” in the same window.
And the docs for 6000.0, 6000.1, 6000.2 still show them there as well.

Is it a bug? Is it intended?
I guess we still can edit the manifest file, but if it’s intended, why downgrade a useful feature?

Apparently it was moved to Project Settings:

In Package Manager, upper right corner, the three-dots menu provides access to the settings in case they decide to move it again.

Ooops, my bad. Good catch. I looked in Preferences instead of Project Settings.
