Account Still Pending Approval for Over a Month on LevelPlay

Hello,
It’s been more than a month since I created my Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) account, but it still shows the message:

“Your account is pending approval. We’ll notify you by email when your account is approved.”

I haven’t received any updates or emails from the team so far. Could someone from the Unity team please check my account status or let me know if there’s anything I need to do from my side to speed up the approval process?

I have the same issue! I send them an email with a link to a google play build, and got no response for more then a week!

Unity please help us to Approve our accounts!

No se para que hacen un servicio si van a ignorar a los usuarios y no van a aprobar las cuentas.

Usually your Unity LevelPlay account stays in pending approval until you add at least one live app to your dashboard.

Once you add a real app (Android/iOS) with correct store link or package name, the LevelPlay team will review it and approve your account.

I thought the same thing, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked in my case. I have already added 2 games to my LevelPlay dashboard, and both are fully live on the Google Play Store. I have also completed my payout/finance setup, yet the account is still pending approval. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently, or is there some hidden step I need to complete?
