Average Unity Customer Support response time

I’ve submitted a ticket (#1965482) about 16 days ago but I still haven’t got any answer. I expected to wait about 5-7 business days, but now I’ve waited for more than double of that period. I’ve tried other methods myself to handle the case, but couldn’t so I’m in desperate need of Customer Support.
Is there a chance that my ticket has been forgotten? How long do you usually wait on responses regarding licensing issues?

4 Months is what it took for a response from support, so if thats still the case there is your indication

ticket created on 15 November 2023 they have replied on 11 June 2024 asking if I still had the issue. I didn’t at that time BUT the issue represented in September so I’ve reopened the ticked on 20 September 2024. Nothing back yet and by now it doesn’t even matter because I’ve understood the issue is something that is deep inside unity and asking unity about it is pointless.

i really hope for them that they are using some sort of AI to analyze tickets and have rules to prioritize them if important or just ignore them if it is something they don’t want to deal with and just hope it gets away (like my request)

Because if they just get the ticket in the order received then wow

Unity locked my account (and stole my money) 2 years ago and I’m STILL trying to get an actual human being to respond.
