Can not buy assets and no response from unity folks

I’ve been waiting for over 24 hours to hear back from someone at unity about my purchasing apps and no response. I thought there was supposed to be a sale on or something…
I opened two support tickets and nothing.
I get better support from the asset developers, what gives?

Well, it looks like I was able to resolve it myself by using the old store and going the non-express route. Go figure…
