Hi I contacted support 3 times in the last weeks, getting no reply

We are a company… We need support ASAP, since this costs us money every time we are delayed, Unity needs to fix this issue, this has gotten worse through the years…

I can not buy any assets on my account, I was told by this is a problem and to contact support, It would be great to get support.

Have you ever been able to buy any before? You sent support an email with details? They can get a little bogged down, but they should get back to you about it if you did.

Support have found you on the system and sent you an email, they can not see any tickets from you which is why you have not received a reply. We aim to reply no later than 48 hours so it looks like something may have gotten lost. I’ll leave support to investigate this over email with you.
